The word “tapas” is a Spanish word meaning “on top of” or “to cover.” Traditionally, most Tapas were small slices of bread or meats sized to fit on the bread. The serving of tapas was designed to encourage conversation with those around you because people were not so focused upon eating an entire meal.
Over the course of Spanish history, Tapas have evolved into an entirely sophisticated cuisine, such as that served here at Tapas Fusion. Patrons of Tapas Fusion can order 1 of our tapas platters, or many different tapas, and combine them to make a full meal.
With our blend of the gourmet with the casual we have created a truly unique and enjoyable dining experience. “Wonderful place! Especially loved the button mushrooms with linguine and a butter wine sauce. The hummus and Mediterranean small plates were perfect. To finish it off, the beignet and bread pudding were light and sweet.” - Michael L.
“Creative dishes are prepared in the open kitchen by Chef/Owner Mary and the atmosphere is equally enjoyable. Another plus…centrally located!”- Denise Y.
